    We are looking for a reliable manager to run the housekeeping and laundry department of 30A for vacation rentals. The ideal candidate would be hard working, reliable, and very detailed oriented with MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE. The housekeeping manager directs all aspects in housekeeping and laundry department including cleanliness and hospitality services for owners and guest. This position oversees the day to day operations, housekeeping sub-contractors, laundry employees, and inspectors. Must be able to coordinate and communicate effectively with the operations and other managers while being a leader.


    Must be able to resolve operational problems as they arise and possess strong listening, verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge and the ability to operate a computer, calculator, phone and other office equipment while multi-tasking is a must. V-12 knowledge is a plus.

    Compensation based on experience, plus benefits.
