Our landlord is putting our house up for sale sometime in March. We are needing to stay in this area as this is where we work. We are looking for a 3/2 minimum. Would prefer rent to be 1800 or less. We could do 2000 if utilities are included. We do not need furnishings. We've been living in the same place for almost 2 years. I'm sure landlord would give reference. We're an older family with a late in life child who is 9. We have no pets.
