South of Philly's new location on Hwy 393 (just north of Gulf Place) is no longer a secret. Philly cheesesteaks served up by Jeremy are the real deal right here in South Walton, FL... and we officially crave them on a regular basis. I might add that the french fries are some of the best I've had anywhere around town.
We made our lunch run on Friday - just couldn't wait another day - and the joint was packed. But we quickly grabbed a table next to our friend George (aka Geo) and apparently he has to have his weekly Friday fix too. Good catching up with Geo and getting our South of Philly fix at the same time.
The menu includes burgers, pulled pork tacos, gyros and other sandwiches as well. Now serving beer.
