Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention over the coronavirus, the Florida Department of Education has asked all Florida schools to close for two weeks for spring break from March 16 to March 27.
School districts across the state were sending out announcements on social media about closing as of 4:30 p.m. Friday.
