The Second Annual Food For Thought Stock the Pantry Party will take place on August 20 from 5:30 - 7:30 pm at the Santa Rosa Beach Pantry on Market Street.
The event was created to help with the organization’s Back to School efforts at the end of the Summer. Businesses, churches, schools, and individuals made the event a huge success last year, collecting over $30,000 in monetary and food donations!
This year, there will be two categories for donations:
The Backpack Sponsors will make a $500 donation and will be recognized at the event.
The Food Drive Sponsors will be competing to see who can collect the most food. Last year, the Ohana Institute collected over 10,000 food items! We expect this year to be another spirited competition! Awards will be given for First, Second, and Third place.
Guests are asked to bring 5 food items or $5 for entry into the event. The event will feature food from Pizza By The Sea and Pop Stop, drinks, a raffle with great prizes, and fun for the whole family, including face painting by Abrakadoodle!
