Meatball Skewer
Wagyu blend meatballs, green olives, homemade mozzarella cheese, and Basil pesto, served with Balsamic glaze.
Roasted Root Vegetable soup
Roasted beets, turnips, and parsnips, topped with crème fraiche and crushed fried capers for garnish.
Strawberry vinaigrette salad
Kale, arugula, spiced candied pecans, feta cheese crumbles, strawberry Vinaigrette. served with toasted homemade sourdough bread.
Christmas entrée
Smoked honey glazed ham, oven roasted pheasant, sweet candied yams, roasted red potatoes, crumbled bacon, sautéed vegetables.

Whipped mascarpone cream & burnt butterscotch
