South Walton's long beloved health food grocery store in Blue Mountain Beach remains open. Today, owner Ed Berry announced new shopping procedures needed to protect customers and staff while serving the community with healthy organic foods and groceries. Massage therapy services are not available at this time. The juice bar remains open for pickup.

Good Morning. May your day be filled with Love and Laughter.

We are open for call in orders only from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. We will be posting pictures of our items throughout the morning.

We currently have a wide variety of fresh produce and our fresh made wraps and salads in stock. We also have toilet paper.

Please feel free to call us at 850-267-0558, FB Message us or even email us at info@shopforthehealthofit.com to place your order. We will shop everything for you and have it ready for pickup.

All orders will be credit card purchase only and no returns on food items.

Our Juice & Smoothie Bar Menu will also be available.

Hello and Happy Friday

We are temporarily closed due to Covid 19. Please check back with us on Monday, March 30th for an update.

We will be scheduling a day or two next week for you to place call in orders. We will then shop for your supplies and schedule a pick up day and time.

Our friends at FTHOI are open to customers as announced on their Facebook page. Here is the latest.

We will be offering another shopping day with pick up service Friday, April 17th.

Please email your wish list to info@shopforthehealthofit.com or message us here on Facebook messenger.

Please include your name, phone number and a detailed list with quantities of what you would like. We will shop for your items as best as we can. Supplies are limited but we will be getting more deliveries soon.

Wendy will be making her incredible fresh salsa along with her wonderful Tuna Salad. We also have dips available from Blue Moose of Boulder that are offered at 25% off. This includes their hummus, turmeric hummus, garlic hummus, basil pesto and buffalo cheddar dip. They are tasty and 25% off.

We look forward to serving you. Please send your orders in today and by noon on Friday so that we can have it all ready no later than 2:00 pm on Friday for pick up.

Always an excellent experience. The produce is a bit more expensive but always lasts twice as long as from the big store which means less waste. It always amazes me.
