You buy the membership and then pay a monthly fee based on how often and how much you want to use the boats. The price ranges are 250, 350 and 450. You reserve the boat, take it out and then just pay for the gas.
Freedom has boat clubs all over the country and in France. Locally they are in Pensacola Beach, Pensacola, Orange Beach, Perdido, Biloxi, Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Madisonville and Panama City Beach.
