GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Associate Sales Managers are retail sales associates responsible for co-managing the sales staff and operations of the retail store. Our Sales Associates and Managers are highly regarded members of the Beau Interiors team. They connect with customers in a sincere and authentic way and represent the Beau Interiors brand as the face of the company.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
This position reports directly to the Store Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of one (1) year experience in high volume fast paced retail and/or design environment as well as strong sales and management skills. Must be available to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES
Basic Computer Skills including: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Ability to send and receive emails, attach documents to an email and open documents when attached. Ability to copy and paste information and use the Internet for research.
Ability to lift and carry medium to large items . Must be able to stand, lift, and bend frequently throughout shift. Ability to safely and comfortably navigate stairs and 6 foot ladders. Must be able to safely lift up to 45 lbs.
