Job Description:
- Manage + maintain daily operations of the store
- Develop + maintain relationships with customers + provide excellent customer service
- Assist with daily staff direction: assess store needs including but not limited to merchandising, janitorial needs, stock levels and delegates tasks accordingly
- Be a conflict resolution expert for customers, employees, and store maintenance
- Facilities expert: coordinate care + maintenance of existing store equipment, fixtures, and building facilities
- Strategize with store manager in merchandising, inventory levels, and store appearance
- Work closely with external company personnel (accounting, website, marketing, etc)
- Create + maintain cleaning schedule for store each month and delegate duties to staff
- Teach + mentor others, share technical knowledge, be a change agent
- Assist in training employees on all current and new procedures
- Work with other sales lead to ensure all staff is trained on new product
- Participate in planning + coordinating store events
- Participate in special projects as needed

- Detail oriented + highly organized
- Excellent at multi-tasking + problem solving
- Experience with integrated Point of Sale inventory applications
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Gmail, + Windows 10
- Marketing + Social Media experience is a plus
- College degree is a plus
