Vacation Rental Company seeking a team player interested in growing with our company as a full-time inspector position.

Responsibilities:

1. Inspect properties for maintenance and housekeeping issues
2. Perform light cleaning when needed
3. Build and deliver welcome bags and amenities
4. Learn property specifics such as operating electronics to perform demonstrations for guests

Qualifications:

1. Upbeat attitude
2. Professional demeanor
3. Eye for detail
4. Capable of taking direction while being proactive as well
5. Reliable transportation

Experience:

1. Minimum of two years' experience in vacation rentals preferred

Position requires weekends and holidays.
