The position involves:
- Answering phone calls for Live Well rental reservations and services
- Answering potential guests’ questions about rental products and services
- Upselling guests on additional products/services
- Calling guests to follow up on questions, reservations and online orders
- Emailing and calling guests to confirm reservations for products and services and verifying specific details
We are looking for:
- Someone with a fun, friendly personality and a great phone demeanor. Our number one concern is customer service!
- Prefer someone that works well with Excel and Outlook
- Would like someone that is flexible, detail-oriented and learns things quickly
