Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company is a one- stop shop to plan your perfect vacation away from real life. We are open 8:00 am to 6:00 pm looking to hire a full-time Guest Service Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests by greeting them; and insuring stay exceeds expectations
• Assist guests in the selection of appropriate accommodations
• Support guests with their arrival and departure
• Work with guests to resolve any issues
• Include other departments, when necessary, to resolve issues.
• Answer questions about the area and services offered by Rosemary Beach
Key Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and able to take after hours call outs.
• Strong sense of pride and responsibility
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
