The Gulf Place Courtesy Patrol officer is responsible for protecting and preserving the property of the Gulf Place Community.
Guards are to patrol all areas of the property throughout the shift on foot and on the golf cart between the hours of 3:30pm and midnight.
All buildings will be walked including stairwells checking for unsecured doors loitering in stairwells and suspicious activity. Patrols will also consist of patrolling the outer perimeter of the property to include the back pathway that separates the HOA from the Town Center as well as the tennis courts and grill area.
Tennis courts, swimming pools and shuffleboard courts will be checked for unauthorized use.
All doors to the retail stores will be checked to make sure they are locked throughout the shift.
All restroom doors will be locked at 10:00PM. All pool gates will be locked at 11:00PM sharp and patrolled throughout the remainder of the shift. Pool furniture will be straightened up nightly after pools are closed. Pool deck umbrellas will be closed during inclement weather.
Ensure that all mechanical room doors and gates are closed and locked.
Light checks will be performed nightly and reports given to management along with nightly reports.
Patrols will be stepped up around the Town Center Loop between the hours of 10:00PM and 12:00AM nightly to help enforce the quiet hours for those establishments that are open later in the night.

Salary: $10.50 /hour to start. Subject to performance review and raise at end of 90 day probationary period.
