Gulf Place is looking for a hardworking, self-motivated, and friendly individual to join our custodial team to help keep our community inviting and beautiful. Job duties are posted below.
Services To Be Provided in Common Areas and Restrooms
• Maintain restrooms to ensure cleanliness and function of the facilities to include but not limited to toilets, stalls, floors, trash containers, changing tables, sinks, counters, and mirrors.
• Maintain adequate paper products and cleaning supplies for restrooms (cost of goods covered by the association).
• Check trash cans daily. Empty and wipe down trash cans, remove all other trash and debris.
• Place and return trash containers on appropriate days for pick up (Waste Management Service Scheduled for Monday & Thursday).
• Clean elevator floor, walls, and interior and exterior doors and frames.
• Remove all spider webs and bugs from ceilings and walls.
• Keep entry ways and walkways clear and clean.
• Clean wall and door scuffs as necessary and able.
• Keep all storage areas clean
• Perform other duties, as assigned
*Must* be able to work outside and weekends.
