Hey! Longtime visitor to 30A and most years we have stayed in the wonderful community of Gulf Trace. Just curious if this is much of a problem in Gulf Trace.
The last couple years I've noticed that there was one house that had some area chained off and posted but other than that, it seemed like business as usual. Many of the waterfront houses in there are rentals so I guess those people generally don't care.
