    Happy New Year!

As we jump head first into the New Year, I wanted to take a moment to share my complete gratitude for your support in 2019 and give you a look at what’s ahead for 2020! We have had a busy year and couldn’t have done it without our donors, volunteers, supporters, and friends. You make our vision of creating a world where everyone has a decent place to live achievable!

In 2019 we were able to accomplish several things with your support, including:
    • Three new families were welcomed into homes built by our Habitat for Humanity volunteers and over 4,745 nights were spent under the roof of one of our Habitat Homes.
    • $130,801.95 in mortgage payments were made back to Habitat for Humanity of Walton County.
    • Our ReStore made grossed $436,860.92 with more than 10,473 transactions!
    • We broke ground on our very first Habitat neighborhood, Hope Village
    • We were awarded Small Business of the Year in the north end of the county by the Walton County Chamber of Commerce
In 2020 we look forward to:
    • Our ReStore Groundbreaking on Feb. 5th
    • A successful Raise Our Roof Campaign to fund a new Restore - more info to follow!
    • Our Annual WOMEN BUILD events and Hard Hats and High Heels Luncheon
    • Events with our community partners:
    • Life & Wine of Paso Robles - January 29th
    • 15th Anniversary Destin Charity Wine Auction Weekend- April 24th
    • 4th Annual Harvest Food and Wine Festival Nov. 5th - 7th
    • Bloody Mary Festival - October 24th
    • And all the build days and volunteers duties in between!

Stay tuned for additional ways you can get involved in the work Habitat for Humanity does in Walton County!

Last month, we were lucky to have the South Walton Hawks Baseball team out in full force volunteering at our Habitat ReStore Walton County! They used this opportunity to help us as a team building opportunity and we are so thankful for the man-power they provided.
    Volunteer with us!
