I have been here in Florida for 2 years. I am a Texas girl, born and raised!!! I was a paramedic for 15 years until I blew out my back in 2008!! I have 3 grown children, they grew up and ran away from home so I decided I would do the same!! I am disabled so decided if I was unable to do anything but lounge around, I may as well do it on the most beautiful beaches in the United States!!! I love it here and have no desire to go back to TX!! I am a successful transplant!!! I have 3 beautiful grandsons and visit them as often as possible!! I see a bright future for myself here in the gorgeous Florida panhandle, they say Texas is God's country, I've said it myself, but this area is truly heaven on earth!!!
