Last minute spring break plans and my sister-in-law and family want to come here. Prefer a house in Grayton, Seagrove near Eastern Lake, Old Seagrove area. I think they might also like the west end of 30A if the house is right. No beaches that are hemmed in by private beach BS (I saw a review of a home in Blue Mountain, and the reviewer said there was hardly a place to set up their beach chairs thanks to private beach signs to the left and right of the access). Need 3 bedrooms- 4 adults, 3 kids.
