Wondering, if that's because people have tired of typing--or are they (we) all out buying property before the bubble becomes (semi) inflated again?

Many here predicted that once the market stabilized, SoWal will see slower, more steady growth. The market seems to be stabilizing with a cash infusion. Lots of building and sales going on.

South Walton is a bubble. Don't mistake it for the real world. It will become more and more exclusive and expensive. People will pay more for the privilege of owning in the bubble.
