As things slow down a bit and we are finding that we can get a little work done, we're also thinking about getting a little personal down time and how Thanksgivings is less than a month away. If we are going to get a break, now's the time.
This Tuesday, November 1st, Hibiscus Cafe will close to the public for the off-season.
We will reopen for the 2017 season on January 13th. This will be the first day of the 8th Annual, 30A Songwriter's Festival, when for the 7th straight year, our Backyard of Love will be one of the festival's music venues.
Between then and now, it won't be all play. We've got a recipe book to tune and some great ideas to work out for the menu. And, of course, we will still be feeding our guest house guests.
