Grayton Seafood is a small small locals favorite restaurant dedicated to providing the highest quality dishes. We are located in Grayton Beach right off Scenic Hwy 30A. We are open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
We are looking for a working Chef/Kitchen Manager to join our Grayton Seafood family and to supervise daily back of house restaurant operations.
· Experience in fresh, local seafood preferred
· Ability to manage and work as part of a team in a fast-paced work environment
· Supervise food prep and cooking while complying with safety and cleanliness standards
· Must be team oriented and possess a positive attitude
· Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
