    HHS is seeking Housekeepers/Inspectors and Project Techs for our Resort and Hospitality Services.

    Position:

    Our goal is to provide a superior level of cleaning quality in an assigned area to maintain a clean working environment.

    Housekeeper Position Responsibilities:

    • Report to the Director of Housekeeping for work scheduling
    • Perform cleaning of daily, mid-week, and deep cleans as well as linen exchanges.
    • Perform departure cleanings on various unit sizes per HHS training videos
    • Respond to Housekeeping pages and messages
    • Record work completed on HHS technology application
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by department Director
    Inspector Responsibilities:

    • Report to the Director of Housekeeping for work scheduling
    • Perform inspections of cleaning and other services on various unit sizes per HHS training videos
    • May perform cleaning of daily, mid-week, and deep cleans as well as linen exchanges if needed
    • Respond to Housekeeping pages and messages
    • Record work completed on HHS technology application
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by department Director
    Floor Tech Responsibilities:

    • Report to the Director of Housekeeping for work scheduling.
    • In assigned areas, perform daily cleaning, buffing, and bonneting procedures in accordance with HHS training videos.
    • Record work completed on HHS technology application.
    • Respond to Housekeeping pages and messages.
    • Perform floor stripping and extraction projects.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by department Director.
    Essential Functions:

    • Able to lift 0 –40 lbs. frequently
    • Capable of standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift
    • Capable of lifting furniture and equipment (25 –100 lbs.) frequently
    • Capable of pushing and pulling a maid cart, linen cart, or various equipment (over 100lbs) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift
    • Capable of pushing and pulling furniture and equipment (25 –100 lbs.) frequently
    • Capable of using and operating a mobile phone or tables
    • Must be able to handle/interact with all chemicals used (i.e. bleach, wax, degreaser, etc.)
    • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and even hours as needed per assigned area
    • Must have communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking)
