Job Available Housekeeping Inspectors Needed

[30A Luxury Vacations]

We are a boutique luxury vacation rental property management company currently managing more than 40 properties in and around Rosemary Beach, FL.

We are looking for experienced inspectors to work on weekends, primarily on Saturday. This role will inspect houses after they have been cleaned to ensure that they are ready for our guests to have a wonderful vacation experience.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers, guests
• Comfortable using a mobile device as part of the inspection process for check-lists and reporting issues
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be dependable, trustworthy and always on-time
• Must be available to work on weekends during spring (March-April) and summer (approx. June - August) and possibly some holidays
• Methodical and very detail oriented
• Comfortable working independently and in a high-paced environment
• Have your own reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• May require a background check and a drug screen

Hourly pay rate of $15.00
