How are the houses selling in Watercolor? DO you all think it is overpriced? I was wondering if some people ever get tired of having their house on the market and might want to rent long term?
There may be long term rentals available in WC but overall the sales are doing quite well. give the sales office a call, they may have a list of some sort.
Just got an email from St. Joe Community Sales with these numbers for Watercolor and Watersound 1st Quarter 2007 Sales:
"Through April 5th, 13 homes and 7 homesites in WaterColor and 2 homes and 3 homesites have closed in WaterSound Beach. A year ago, 4 homes and 5 homesites in WaterColor and 2 homes and 6 homesites in WaterSound Beach closed in the first quarter of 2006."
