She's VERY clean (Pinterest clean), single, established business woman but does need someplace with a few special requirements. One, she runs an in home daycare so the house needs to be in an HOA that will not deny that and also she has fur babies that are her family. So pet friendly is a must as well, but like I said, she is crazy meticulous clean and you would never even know she had pets... or kids all day!!!
