Run through paradise alongside award-winning beaches in the Marathon, Half-Marathon, 5K or Kid’s Fun Run. The inaugural Panama City Beach Marathon is set for Saturday, December 5, 2015 at Pier Park. The 26.2 mile race start/finish line is near Margaritaville in Pier Park in front of As Seen On TV store.
Due to the persistent popularity and demand for the Panama City Beach Chamber's prior event, Run for the Redfish Half-Marathon and 5K, the addition of the full-marathon and renaming of the event to the Panama City Beach Marathon was anticipated.
Any participants in this year’s Panama City Beach Marathon that run qualifying time based on their age/gender (Boston requirements), will be eligible to register for the Boston Marathon in 2017.
While many details remain to be released, the Panama City Beach Marathon will give running fanatics the opportunity to test their limits while running alongside the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The Panama City Beach Marathon will comprise the 13.1 mile half-marathon and 5K races as a result of the merging and renaming of Run for the Redfish.
RACE DETAILS
Full Marathon will start at 7:00 AM Sharp, December 5th, 2015!
(Start/Finish Line is located just a few yards north of Margaritaville on Pier Park Drive in front of As Seen On TV. Look for Start/Finish Line Arch and listen for DJ Markie Mark)
Half Marathon will start at 7:30 AM Sharp, December 5th, 2015!
5K will start at 8:30 AM Sharp, December 5th, 2015!
Kid’s Fun Run will start at 10:00 AM, December 5th, 2015!
Staging area will be north of start/finish line.
AWARDS CEREMONY
Awards will start at the Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Main Stage at 10:30 AM.

You may still register in person at the Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce through Friday, December 4th if space permits.
