Wanted ISO rental/possible roommate

We are hoping to move here by the beginning of August. Couple with two lab mix dogs over 5 years old. Looking for two bedroom pet friendly.
Preferably looking to keep it under $1500 before utilities.

Also not against living with a roommate in a 3bedroom. We are late 20s and would be looking for someone around the same age.
