Large parcel next to Alys

Anyone know who is buying the large parcel next to Alys - Sign says under contract???

Are you referring to the old Aquaterra development on the NE corner of 30a / Camp Creek Golf Course Rd.? If it is Aquaterra there is no way to get to the beach. This case went to court several years ago when the developer of that property insisted there was an easement through the Sandcliff's single home community to the beach. There was not.

Under Contract signs are gone. I wonder if they decided it was a dumb idea to build where there is no convenient access - or maybe no financing?

Its back on the Market I was just looking at it yesterday. The only way I see that working is if someone could purchase the residence between Alys Beach and Sandcliffs. That would provide a way to get beach access
