Does anyone have any recomendations for a car mechanic in the area besides Scotty's? Not saying anything bad about Scottys, just would like to know of anyone else that may be a bit cheaper.

Avoid Jon Jons as well, I felt raped after the standard maintainence I had done there. :sosad:

Yes, I am aware of Jon Jons but he did not used to always be like that. He helped me out years ago before my oldest son was born and he is almost 27 now and he came to where I was on Christmas day and brought me an electronic ignition for my car and put it on and charged me nothing and I never forgot him for that since I was young and broke. It was a year (possible 1982 or 83) that we had a fluke snow thing and everything around here was frozen.
So, even though he may be a bit pricey, I cannot make myself say anything about someone that did something that nice for me.
