    Local Home Builder Looking for an Assistant/Bookkeeper to Join Our Team

    Compensation: Based on Experience

    Employment Type: Part Time/Full Time


    - Organize and maintain paper & digital files
    - Data entry using Quickbooks
    - Handling accounts payable/receivable
    - Prepare & maintain accounting sheets for all projects
    - Job costing
    - Daily scanning


    - Must have QuickBooks experience
    - Must be organized and detail oriented
    - Working knowledge and experience with basic computer programs like MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.
    - Ability to prioritize & complete required work
    - Self-motivated
    - Must be reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

    Office experience required, experience in like industry a plus, but not required. Position can be part time or full time. We are willing to train the right candidate and are looking to hire immediately.

    Our office is located at 5365 E county Hwy 30A, Seagrove Beach, FL
