We are relocating to the area on June 16th. I will be managing Carillon Beach Association and would like to be 20 minutes or less from there. My family would need a 3/2 of most any type, with the following: 1,500 sq ft range, $1500-$1700 rent range, can be furnished or unfurnished, need storage shed or garage if possible.
