Wanted Long term rental available January 1, 2016 for a local professional couple over 40.

We would love a single family home with a private pool and 2+ bedrooms. However, we have lived in Ariel Dunes in a condo for the past 5 years and really love it, we are only moving because the owner is selling. Any help would so be appreciated. We are hoping to stay under $1500, but may go as high as $1700.
