Wanted Long Term Rental starting in April

Hi! My current lease is up at the end of April and I just found out this week the owner is wanting to sell in May. I work for the Walton County School District and my daughter attends high school here. It’s just the two of us, although we’re hoping to add a puppy to our life soon. We are looking for a minimum 2 bedroom/ 2 bath. We are great renters and good neighbors! Please message me what you have!!

It sucks to have to move it is pressure. There are new apartments available like Watersound Crossings which might be your best bet. Hold off on the pup until you find a pet friendly option because you might not and your options would be limited.
