Wanted Looking For A Long Term Rental For Seance Room

I am a physical medium and produce seance demonstrations for the public (for fee per seat). I invite my other physical medium friends Warren Caylor, Kai Muegge, David Thompson and Walter Rucker.

Need to be able to blacken out windows (during seance only) and have a dressing room area. Seance room to be 20x30 or larger. Any suggestions?
