My husband and I have vacationed on/around 30A for our entire lives. After talking about it for years, we recently decided that we are going to make the move and become full time residents! We are currently in North Carolina and looking for a long term rental available starting July/August 2018. Our official moving date is still up in the air due to work. We are looking for a one bedroom one bath house/cottage/guest house/etc. that will allow us and our two dogs (one jack russell, one "mutt" 60lbs). Our budget is tight, so preferably around $1,000 a month or less. We are open to all options and advice!
