Hello! I am moving to the area in June for a new position--hoping to find a newer single family home, 3 bed 2 bath (or larger) for my fam for around a 1 year lease.

Can start paying rent anytime between June 1st and July 1st.

Rent budget is between 2,000-4,000/month.

Have a small dog who is very well behaved.
