Hi! I am looking to rent a carriage house/ 1 bedroom home or apartment/ or a studio apartment on 30A for a few months between May-September. My best friend and I are working in Rosemary this summer. I am super clean, very quite, responsible, respectful, and happy to help with yard work or anything! I am usually at work, doing schoolwork online, or at the beach.
