Would prefer bay/bayou/creek views but will consider anything. Post here or PM me.

    Julie-

Thanks for the PM but I'm familiar with everything in the MLS which isn't much. I'm trying to see if anyone has other connections in finding property not currently on MLS.

My sister and I have 3/4 of an acre on Ivy Lane. These are estate lots and have no HOA. The lot is within one block of the bay but would only have a possible view if you build 2-3 story structure. The back of the property has a small creek. Most of the land is in flood zone x. Write me back if interested.
