Looking for long-term rental for March 1

Looking for long-term rental house/cottage in SoWal for March 1. Currently living in a Seacrest cottage but need a little more space. 1300 to 1800 sq ft would be perfect.

Great references and secure job. Single adult with one old and sleepy dog, about 28 pounds.

I would love a cottage with character and (cross my fingers) water view. If you have or know of a great place, please pm me.

Hi! I saw your post. I am looking for a small place for March 1. Am interested in knowing about your place you live in now. What is rent and is it all inclusive and furnished or unfurnished.
