I have several properties I am looking in to - all furnished and price range is around $700/mo. each and electric, cable and water included (first choice is a home in Sandestin/Baytowne). I won't know the final rent until I have decided on location... You should be a Christian, dependable, non-smoker, no drugs, no pets, quiet and clean. Prefer a female but will consider a male.
