Looking for RV site or homesite that has sewer

Yes on the state park. Thanks. I have some time booked, but looking for a place I could park it and possible build a home later on the same land.

We lived in an RV at Calypso (fka Lazy days) in freeport while we built our house. Electricity, sewer, cable, water. First rv park going in to freeport on the right. Reasonable monthly rental rates...but that was 10 years ago.
