360 Blue Properties in Santa Rosa Beach is currently seeking a full time maintenance technician to aid our company in maintaining some of the most luxurious vacation rentals in the area. If you are a regular Mr. Fix-it, we want to hear from you!
The right person will possess a variety of technical skills as well as problem solving skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask, a positive attitude, outstanding communication skills and the ability to follow instructions, as well as the drive to make our guests and owners happy. Previous maintenance and repair experience is preferred.

YOU. . .
- experience in vacation rental maintenance is preferred
- are good with a hammer
- have experience doing small maintenance projects
- are sometimes mistaken for MacGyver
- possess an acute attention to detail
