Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company is currently accepting applications for Maintenance Technician. Candidates must have flexible scheduling and be available to work full-time hours. Full-time benefits include medical, dental and vision as well as company-paid life insurance, 401K, paid time off and company paid holidays.
Applicants must possess at least 2 to 5 years of extensive general maintenance experience. Working knowledge of appliance repair; competencies in electric, plumbing and HVAC repairs; ability to repair/replace doors, windows, walls, floor, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry and remodeling work as needed all with minimal assistance or supervision.
Successful candidates must pass a background and drug screening. DFWP. EOE.
