Rosemary Beach, Northwest Florida’s premiere Gulf front community, is currently accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance Technician.
Essential Responsibilities:
•Executes work order assignments and follows through if task is not able to be completed
•Perform routine monthly inspections with detailed checklist
•Repair and replace items observed during inspection
•Perform duties professionally and orderly when guests are present

Key Qualifications:
•Applicants must possess at least 2 to 5 years of extensive general maintenance experience.
•Working knowledge of
•CPO and/or EPA Certification are preferred, but not required.
•Working knowledge of
oAppliance repair
oCompetencies in electric, plumbing and HVAC repairs
oAbility to repair/replace doors, windows, walls, floor, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry
oRemodeling work as needed all with minimal assistance or supervision.
•Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidaysoCompetencies in electric, plumbing and HVAC repairs
