Celebrate Mardi Gras Fat Tuesday on the water in Destin Florida. Cruise through the good times roll on the water this Fat Tuesday in Sandestin Fla for the ultimate Mardi Gras celebration in Northwest Florida on the SOLARIS yacht on Tuesday, February 9th from 7 – 10 p.m. The festive evening includes a three-hour cruise on the Destin waters with a three-course Cajun culinary adventure and live entertainment by Finga FAYA.

“Many of our staff members are from Louisiana so we know how to put on a true Mardi Gras celebration with an Emerald Coast twist,” stated James Murray, General Manager for SOLARIS.

As they embark on the 125-foot SOLARIS yacht, guests can begin the night with a cocktail from the full-service bar. The “Lundi Gras” appetizer features a Muffuletta Pasta Salad paired with Creole Garlic Bread.

“Bouef Gras” entrée choices include NOLA BBQ Shrimp over a Cheese Grit Cake, Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya, Blackened Gulf Fish or Creole-Crusted Filet topped with a crawfish cream sauce. The “Doubloom” dessert is a signature White Chocolate Bread Pudding with Praline Sauce.

While indulging in this three-course Cajun feast, patrons will also enjoy live music by Niceville-native band Fing FAYA. This popular band will have all three decks of the SOLARIS infused with energetic blues and soul music that will keep the dance floors packed and ensure a memorable celebration on the water in Destin Fla.
