My wife and I (mid-30s) will be moving to the 30A area February 1. We currently live in Memphis, but she has been hired as a general manager of an area restaurant. We have no children, are non-smokers, and have 2 small dogs (about 10 and 30 pounds).
We are looking for an unfurnished home with 2 or 3 bedrooms and a small fenced back yard. We are most interested in a house, but will consider any condo, cottage or townhouse! We would like to pay less than $1,300/month if possible! We will be working in the Seacrest/Alys Beach area and would like a commute in the 20 - 25 min range max.
