Mediacom Internet Outage 8/26/2018

Mediacom internet & phone total blackout still in effect today Mon. from this past Friday 8.26.18 & no fix in site for 32459 until Tuesday at the earliest for the Santa Rosa Bch. FL area!
Mediacom's outages for TV, Internet, & Phone are a constant reoccurring problem in the Santa Rosa Bch, FL area over the past 2+ years always with a different excuse every time.
Service techs are almost always outsourced to 3rd party providers.
The advertised internet speed of 200mps is false! In very small print of your contract and/or their advertisements is the disclaimer of "where available". Guess what, 200mps speeds are not available in this market but they sure will sell it to you!
Choose your provider carefully...

My internet has not gone out but my mediacom phone service has been out for over a week.

I havent had any problems....(this week). But then again Mediacrap could surprise me at any moment.
