Meidacom Modem Died

Customer support said I need a new modem and to call local office. Mediacom says they aren't open to accept customers. Any idea how I can get a new modem from them?

Buy you own modem. You can get a higher quality one without having to rent theirs. You should be able to check compatability on Mediacoms website..
