Up the hill from the Gateway Arch
One of the most beloved (former) Cardinals players officially retired yestereday due to post-concussion syndrome. So sad for him and what he's been through, but so excited he's headed back home! :clap_1: Sure hope I see him around town. ;-)

 He was one of my favorite players. I was so sad when he left. But he did take Yadi under his wing and taught him alot!!! He will be missed. Loved to watch him play.

I have to chime in on this one, he never put up great numbers but we know what he meant to the Cardinals. Always played hard, wasn't afraid to block the plate (but look where that got him). Last but not least remember how the team was doing going into the playoffs when he cut himself on the knife he had just received as a present. He could have had a world series ring that year.

He still has his wife and 5 children to enjoy, hopefully he will recover 100%.
